1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Earnify.stream ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

Earnify.stream is a gamified streaming engagement platform that allows users to:

  • Watch live streams and participate in chat
  • Earn virtual currency (Streamies and Crystals) through engagement
  • Participate in raffles and events
  • Redeem rewards including cryptocurrency prizes
  • Link their Kick.com streaming account
  • Use our Discord bot ("Earnify") to access platform features in Discord servers

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Discord authentication. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Virtual Currency & Rewards

Streamies and Crystals are virtual currencies with no real-world monetary value except when redeemed for approved rewards. You acknowledge that:

  • Virtual currency cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged except through Platform features
  • We reserve the right to adjust currency balances for fraud prevention
  • Cryptocurrency rewards are subject to verification and anti-fraud measures
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts and verification requirements may apply

5. Gambling & Age Restrictions

Important Notice

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in raffles and reward redemptions. By using these features, you confirm that you meet the age requirements.

6. Discord Bot ("Earnify") Terms

By using the Earnify Discord bot or adding it to your Discord server, you agree to the following additional terms:

Bot Usage

  • The bot is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability
  • Bot commands and features may change or be discontinued at any time
  • You must link your Discord account to your Earnify account to access most features
  • You are responsible for all actions performed using your linked Discord account
  • We may rate-limit or restrict bot usage to prevent abuse

Server Administrator Responsibilities

If you invite the Earnify bot to a Discord server where you have administrative permissions:

  • You represent that you have authority to add bots to the server
  • You agree to configure bot permissions responsibly
  • You are responsible for how the bot is used within your server
  • You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • You acknowledge that server members' use of the bot is subject to these Terms
  • We are not responsible for disputes between server members regarding bot usage

Account Linking

  • Linking codes are single-use and must be kept confidential
  • You may only link one Discord account per Earnify account
  • Sharing linking codes or account credentials is prohibited
  • You can unlink your Discord account at any time from your profile
  • Unlinking does not delete your Earnify account or balance

Discord Integration Limitations

  • We are not affiliated with Discord Inc. and are not responsible for Discord's services
  • Discord outages or API changes may affect bot functionality
  • We reserve the right to remove the bot from servers for violations or abuse
  • Bot features may vary by server based on administrator configuration
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party Discord bots or modifications

Data and Privacy

Use of the Discord bot is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the bot, you consent to the collection and processing of Discord data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Bot Activities

When using the Discord bot, you must not:

  • Spam commands or abuse bot functionality
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the bot's source code
  • Use the bot to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the bot
  • Use automated scripts or tools to interact with the bot
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Use the bot in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, automation, or multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share or sell your account credentials
  • Attempt to manipulate raffles or reward systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
