9. Discord Bot ("Earnify")

Our Discord bot integrates with Discord servers to provide Earnify services directly within Discord. When you use the Earnify Discord bot:

Data Collection

Discord User ID and username (automatically collected when you use bot commands)
Discord Server (Guild) ID and name where the bot is installed
Commands executed and interaction history
Server configuration preferences set by server administrators
Message content only when directly interacting with bot commands

Account Linking

To use bot features, you must link your Discord account to your Earnify account using a unique linking code:

Linking codes are single-use and expire
You can unlink your Discord account at any time from your profile page
Unlinking removes the connection but retains your Earnify account data
Server administrators cannot access your personal Earnify account data

Bot Permissions

The Earnify bot requests the following Discord permissions:

View Channels: To see where commands can be used
Send Messages: To respond to commands and send notifications
Embed Links: To display rich formatted responses
Read Message History: Only for command context, not for monitoring
Use Slash Commands: To provide interactive commands
Manage Roles: Only if auto-role feature is enabled by server admins

Data Usage

To authenticate users and sync Earnify account data
To execute commands (check balance, view rewards, etc.)
To send notifications about rewards, raffles, and platform events
To provide server-specific configurations and features
To improve bot functionality and user experience

Server Administrator Rights

Discord server administrators who install the Earnify bot can:

Configure bot settings for their server (command prefix, announcement channels)
Enable or disable specific features (rewards system, auto-roles)
Remove the bot from their server at any time
View which users in their server have linked Earnify accounts (usernames only)

Server administrators cannot access:

Your Earnify account password or authentication tokens
Your wallet addresses or financial information
Your private messages or activity outside their server
Detailed transaction history or reward redemptions

Data Retention

Discord linking data is retained as long as your account exists
Server configuration data is retained even if the bot is removed (to preserve settings if re-added)
Command logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging
You can request deletion of Discord-specific data by unlinking your account

Third-Party Service

The Earnify Discord bot operates through Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We recommend reviewing Discord's policies to understand how they handle your data.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Platform is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Discord's Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years old, but our services are designed for adults 18+.
